Best food in Cuba

Found Hostal de Cuca y Molina on tripadvisor and reserved it by email for 24th/25thDec for las parandas. The house is like any other casa, nothing fancy but spotlessly clean with a cute back yard for sitting out in. The welcome was the friendliest we had in all of Cuba and the food was the best. Although it was the same staples you would get all over, everything - beans,chicken, pork, omlettes, all were cooked to perfection, more flavour,less oily. Cuca & Molina were great hosts and made our christmas.
